The innovative design and the new technology of the “ESD” IP65 (Electromagnet / Spring Device) system make the CHTB New series circular geometry vibration motor one of the most advanced technologies in the field of vibration currently available on the market. The vibrating motors Tumac of the CHTB series are characterized by reliability, high performance over time and low noise level. LINEAR VIBRATING BASES for creating feed channels and hoppers
The TUMAC vibrating unit of the CHTR New series are used for the transport of pieces in linear geometry devices. They are also successfully used coupled to hoppers and channels for feeding pieces, in systems where operational autonomy is required.
Robustly built, designed for heavy duty and continuous operation, they require zero maintenance.
The use of high-performance IP65 magnets combined with our latest generation controllers, the CHTRs allow continuity and constant power supply, with a uniform distribution of vibration over the entire section of the straight channel. Motorized HOPPERS
Machines designed to manage and lift the pieces to the desired height, creating large load autonomies. Robust construction, designed for heavy duty and continuous operation, without any maintenance. The motorized elevating hoppers TUMAC, of the TR and TRM series are designed and manufactured according to the needs of the end users, in order to guarantee performance, reliability and easy installation and use.
Conveyors
Designed to guarantee the transport of objects, with maximum efficiency, reduced maintenance, rapid format change, ease and speed of inspection, which can be integrated with machines and control systems upstream and downstream of the production lines. STANDARD AND ORIENTATORS PLATE ELEVATORS - Stepped - Magnetic
Used for lifting parts of different types and sectors, they consist of a hopper and a transport element. Suitable for obtaining a high outlet height and an important flow rate. In addition to the loading of the vibrating orienters, they can be combined with vibrating linear conveyors for the selection and orientation of the pieces, and of course with conveyor belts. In recent decades, TUMAC has developed a very wide range and type of elevators and such as to satisfy most of the problems related to handling - Feeding, in the Industrial sector, with a large number of possible combinations.
