TUMAC plate elevators are ideal for feeding heavy and fragile parts when it is essential to preserve their aesthetic surface.
This system stands out for being flexible, quiet and robust, while ensuring gentle part handling.
Part orientation can be performed using linear vibrators positioned at the elevator outlet, or alternatively on a conveyor belt with the support of vision sensors to detect part orientation. Non-oriented parts are recirculated back into the hopper via a static recirculation loop or a conveyor return. The system can feed both conveyors and linear vibrators, integrating dedicated devices for part handling and orientation.
Originally developed for the cosmetics sector, the TUMAC plate elevator is now also successfully used in the metalworking industry to automate complex handling processes.
On request they can be supplied with different voltages and frequencies. Analog and digital drives available.
